I'm based in the UK and despite the obvious US questions asked and eventually answered, there was relevance to the UK and the rights and wrongs of the UK agencies in similar kinds of activities. A good film that challenges you to question your own beliefs and personally I found myself very split on the arguments made but eventually satisfied with the conclusions shared in the film.
