The movie, as a movie, was ok but it just didn't feel "grungy" enough. This was the Great War ffs. The battle scenes were like groups of adults playing at a war games reconstruction. The acting was a bit wooden and very obvious dialogue. But saying that it was not too bad a movie (have seen far, far worse). Worth a watch, I suppose.....

MGN Review

I wanted to like this film and the plot and the story really intrigued me, but sadly it was all put together very poorly.

It's low budget was obvious and even the presence of Zane and Perlman, fails to lift the acting above mediocre at best.

The occasional scene is powerful and hits home in a verbal sense, but overall very disappointing.

MGN Rating 5.5/10
