Five people are offered one million dollars to spend six months together in an isolated mansion, with cameras watching their every move.
Director: Marc Evans
This film was almost released direct-to-video. After a disastrous test screening of a four-hour version of the film. The film was eventually pared down to less than two hours and released in theatres.
Director Marc Evans was worried that if this movie flopped at the box-office (like his previous two films), it would be the end of his directing career. Luckily, that didn't happen. After an initial cool response, the film became a surprise sleeper hit.
The idea for the film came from reality television shows such as Big Brother. The title refers to the guessing game I spy.
Received mainly positive reviews and holds 60+% on Rotten Tomatoes and 5.6/10 on IMDB.
